For me learning to live a life ungrained is:
- Getting physically and mentally healthier eatin g a Low Carb High Fat/Keto lifestyle. (CARNIVORE SINCE FEB 2017)
- Minimizing stress in my life
- Saying Hello to Joy daily ( daily dancing is a requirement! 😉 )
- Loving who you are, right where you are in life right now.
- Finding ways to add and love movement and healthy exercise in my day. ( it doesn’t take hours and tonnes of sweat…it takes FUN)
