Inflammation be gone

Noticed this last night looking in my weightloss face pics. Pics taken same time of day on both days…after an hour of waking.
Jan6th/Feb24th.
Difference is mostly inflammation having quit eating all the vegetables  I am allergic to on Dec14th and went back to 100% sugar free Jan 2nd. 

Overall joint pain significantly reduced. Pain med use is down to very minimally from daily in December. Brain sluggishness is much much less. 

I was eating only 90% #zerocarb then and still over indulging on dairy.
Hoping I see a greater difference in another month or so after eating #lowFiiZC (mostly eggs and fish) and cutting out dairy (except limited butter)
